I am always looking for ways to promote my shoes. A friend of my son's, from high school, works for a promotion company in LA that works with Star Trek. Matt asked me to paint a pair of TOMS for the Star Trek Vegas Show last week. The shoes were signed by the super stars from the Star Trek movies and television shows and then auctioned off on the last day. They sold to the highest bidder for $250.00!!! So cool and so excited to see where this leads. Thanks Matt!
I have decided to open an Etsy store, c.a.Brimberry Originals or also under The Handpainted Brimberry. Trying to see if I reach an audience other than word of mouth. Check it out and let me know what you think.

Wedding TOMS

These Converse Lo Tops were painted for Krazy Larry in New York. He asked for Bright Colors, Orange, mostly. Since he never tells me what artist to inspire me, I chose a Missoni influence because I have just come back from Florence, IT. Now I can write some of my trip off as a business expense. NOT!
These Converse lo-top sneakers were also handpainted for Krazy Larry. On this pair, he wanted Lily Pulitzer colors. Larry never tells me what artist to be inspired by. I knew that he liked the Jackson Pollack ones that I painted for him from last year, so on the Lily ones, I did a combination of Pollack and Miro.
